Twin River was founded by two partners who have spent their careers building, running, and backing service businesses.

Rob Millock
Co-Founder
Originally from Albany, NY, Rob is the Co-Founder of Twin River Industries and the Co-Founder and former CEO of Legacy Service Partners. Prior to founding LSP, Rob was the Director of Platform for Call of Duty and the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Activision Blizzard. Rob started his career at Glencore as an aluminum trader. He is on the board of the Friends of Harvard Soccer, an advisor to Springdale Industries and ZBS Partners, and a member of YPO.
Rob received an MBA from the Wharton School, where he graduated with honors, an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University. At Harvard, Rob was a walk-on, four-year starter, captain, and Most Valuable Player of the Ivy League Championship and nationally ranked men's soccer team.
Rob lives in New York with his wife Hilary and their one-year-old twins, Jack and Maya. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and cycling. He also loves a good game of spades.

Justin Vogt
Co-Founder
Originally from Breese, IL, Justin is the Co-Founder of Twin River Industries and the Co-Founder and former CEO of Evermore Industries, a permanent capital investment business. Prior to founding Evermore Industries, Justin was an investor at Bain Capital Credit, where he invested in more than 100 industrial businesses. He is on the board of Evermore Industries and AVUITY, an Internet of Things business serving the commercial real estate market.
Justin received an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford and a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with honors (top 10%). Justin worked full-time throughout his time at Notre Dame.
Justin lives in Austin, TX with his wife Natalie and their two-year-old daughter, Elliott. He enjoys spending time with his family, a good cup of coffee, and working to lower his handicap on the golf course.
